Back-2-Skool Youth Summer Classic!

Texas Teen Summit and Ground Floor Productionz will host its annual Back-2-Skool Youth Summer Classic to promote drug-free schools on Saturday, August 22 from 10am to 7pm and Sunday, August 23 from 3pm to 6pm at the Singing Hills Recreation Center.

The Back-2-Skool YSC will provide free drug testing to students who will receive a ticket to attend the Drug-Free Concert on Sunday, August 23, 2009. This event will also feature a “Before the Bell Rings” Youth Fashion Show showcasing aspiring models and kids with special needs (i.e. Scottish Rite, Make-A-Wish Foundation, etc). The celebration will benefit local children and families by supplying items such as: school uniforms, school supplies, hygiene products, hair cuts, immunizations, drug testing and numerous other services all FREE of charge.

Children and their families will also have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of services such as health screenings, workshops, demonstrations and sports related activities. This annual celebration, which is expected to draw over 2000 attendees, will feature a back to school carnival, sock hop dance and raffle drawings.
